7. Publishing one full paper in the conference proceeding (Full paper submitted no later than June 20th and confirmed acceptable after peer review)

2. Registration Notices
  • Payment is supposed to be made in USD, kindly confirm with us if you would love to pay in other currency. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
  • Student fee is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors, and a valid certificate from related department should be provided;
  • Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact info@abbconf.org for details).
  • The standard registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee, paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.
3. Payment Methods

4. Transfer, Cancellation and Postponement Policy
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to info@abbconf.org

Transfer of registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Postponement Policy
All fully paid registrations could be kept for three years after e-mail confirmation at least 20 days prior to the start of the conference. Registration confirmed for ABB 2022 will be valid for ABB 2023- ABB 2024 if the participant could not attend ABB 2022 due to unavoidable reasons. However, the registration will be valid for three years only, and registration fee could not transfer or refund during the process. Compensation for registration fee differences is needed if there are any.
